Great Moments in Customer Returns – Mobile Receipt & Best Buy

We thought we had thought of most of the ways people would use Mobile Receipt. We were way off.  Mobile Receipt users are apparently incredibly creative.  Below is from a customer email we received.
“I went to Best Buy to return an item and didn’t have my receipt.  I asked if a PDF of the receipt would work.  The customer service rep said yes, but how would we view it.

I said, “Wait!”
He was so impressed, he called his co-worker over.  He said he had an iPhone but didn’t know about this application and was going to get it.  Fortunately for me, the receipt was all he needed to do my exchange.”
